Our thanks to our AFL visitors inspiring our Year 5 & 6 students.
Port Adelaide players Shineah Goody and Alissa Brook were busy signing autographs after the session ended. During the Power Play Participation Clinic, students learnt tips on how to handball and kick followed by a mini game.
Supported by SANFL player Charlie Kitto and Glenelg Footy Club development coordinator, Mikayla Kafi it was a great lesson held on Mawson Oval.
Ms Goody and Ms Brook both commented on the positive attitude of the students and thought they already had a strong skill level.
